Lesson Learnt;
1) Learn to connect with them and learn about their culture.
2) We should not have a complaining spirit but to learn to adapt to the new environment.
3) To search for the right market and do market research before hand.
4) Keep an open mind and turn difficulties to opportunities.
5) Research and development is important to remain competitive and to keep improving.
6) Networking is important we need the right people to help us familiarize with the environment.
7) The attitude is important we should provide the best service to our customers.
8) Government plays an important role in supporting businessman who set up companies here.
9) Employees are their assets ensure that their voices and needs are met. Having efficient employees will produce better products.
10) A good leader to lead the company and to bring them out of problems together.
